Chair, Peak Vista Community Health Centers Foundation Board
Grace Covington is a Colorado Springs business leader with more than two decades of experience in homebuilding, development and construction. She is the Regional President of Empire Colorado after co-founding and co-leading Covington Homes with her husband, Ron.
Grace is also active in the Colorado Springs community through charitable and community involvement.
Treasurer, Peak Vista Community Health Centers Foundation Board
Daniel J. Cooper is a retired senior executive with experience in finance and academic health care, including roles with Monsanto Company, Washington University Medical School and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Following retirement, Dan entered the real estate industry in Chaffee County, Colorado.
A graduate of Colorado College, Dan has also served as a Charter Trustee and Emeritus Trustee of the college.

Bob Book is a Partner at Springs Wealth Group, where he works with business owners and retirees on financial planning, portfolio management, estate considerations and long-term planning. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® designations.
A fourth-generation Colorado cattle rancher, Bob also serves on several community boards, including the Ride for the Brand Ranch Rodeo and the Colorado State Fair Foundation.
Felicia Embry has called Colorado Springs home since 2011 and has built two local businesses while remaining active in community leadership. She has served on the Law Enforcement Transparency and Advisory Board and the Women’s Community Leadership Initiative board.
Felicia also gives back through her work as an advocate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness Colorado Springs and is committed to serving others throughout the community.
John Eastman is a retired health care IT professional who has also worked as general counsel for several venture-backed startup companies across the United States and Canada. He holds a J.D./MBA from Southern Methodist University and has practiced law in Texas and Wyoming.
John also serves on the Board of the Empty Stocking Fund and the Colorado Springs Airport Advisory Commission Board.
CJ Moore is a retired corporate executive, community advocate and philanthropist with decades of nonprofit and civic leadership in the Pikes Peak region. She served for more than 21 years as Southern Colorado Public Affairs Director for Kaiser Permanente.
CJ has held leadership roles with numerous local civic, educational and cultural organizations, and her extensive community service has been recognized through several regional leadership awards.
Lynn Pelz is a longtime Colorado Springs resident and former Peak Vista Director of External Relations. During her time at Peak Vista, she managed development, grants, marketing and public relations and chaired the organization’s first Breakfast of Champions in 2005.
Lynn has held executive-level board positions with several Colorado Springs nonprofits and is a founder of the Colorado Springs Fire Foundation.
