Dr. Lisa Ramey joined Peak Vista Community Health Centers in 2010 as a staff pediatrician. Her clinical pediatric experience has included hospital-based group practice and private solo practice.
She has been extensively involved in medical education since the completion of her pediatrics residency in 1999. She was a clinical preceptor for Florida Hospital East Orlando Family Practice Residency where she received the Outstanding Educator of the Year award twice. She has also taught general pediatrics to medical students for Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Other duties included being Associate Professor for both the Rocky Vista University School of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Her administrative experiences have included multiple committee chair positions, Pediatric Section Chair, Assistant Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff. Dr. Ramey also served as Medical Director while in private practice. During her time with Peak Vista Community Health Centers she has served as Vice President of Medical Services, Senior Vice President of Medical Services and is now the Chief Medical and Dental Officer.
Dr. Ramey graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995 followed by a pediatrics residency at Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in Illinois in 1999. She is board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Robert is originally from Hillsboro, Ohio, however has spent the last 25 years in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Rob completed his Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University. He has 26 years of health care experience that includes executive management of a myriad of specialty and primary care practices, urgent care locations, and oversight of a residency program. Rob is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives, and is also a licensed PTA. He sits on several area boards including the American Red Cross.
During his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.
Cindy Pratt brings more than 19 years of financial leadership and operational support to Peak Vista’s executive team.
After earning her Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, she began her career in the finance sector, managing multi-million-dollar budgets. She was the Regional Controller at Securitas and Director of Finance and Accounting at Verisma Systems Inc. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Pueblo Community Health Center, Inc.
In her spare time, Cindy volunteers with her church leading music at Vacation Bible School and cheers on her two kids in their sports and activities.
Bill Lyons earned a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Classical Studies at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. He brings over 30 years of experience in organizational development, strategic planning, project management, planned giving, grants and fund development. Bill joined the staff at Plains Medical Center in 2010, serving in several leadership roles, including Chief Administrative Officer.
Bill became part of Peak Vista leadership in 2014 upon the merger of Plains Medical Center with Peak Vista. In his free time, Bill enjoys travelling with his wife Michelle, visiting children and grandchildren.
Dr. Tanaka is from Idaho and a twenty-six-year Army Veteran. He completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1992 and went on to graduate from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in 1996. Dr. Tanaka is passionate about serving people who have access barriers.
“My relationship with patients is based on mutual trust and respect,” comments Dr. Tanaka. “I believe that the majority of the healing process in people happens outside of the medical system – where people live, work, worship, play and socialize.”
During his free time, Dr. Tanaka enjoys spending time with his family and cheering for the Denver Broncos.
A native of Colorado Springs, Colt has many years of community development experience both domestically and overseas. Colt has a passion for service, fighting social inequality and believes in the power of compassionate advocacy to create change. Colt has been serving and investing in the lives of Colorado’s underserved and disenfranchised community with Peak Vista since 2014, and brings over ten years of organizational development and business leadership to compliment his passion for creating positive change in our community.
Colt spends his free time with his wife and sons, exploring Colorado’s spectacular mountains.
Dr. Campbell received her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Colorado and her graduate degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Since joining Peak Vista in 1999, Dr. Campbell has been providing care for patients of all ages and has served as the director of Peak Vista’s Health Center at Union for 10 years. Most recently, she directed the Health Center at Wahsatch and the Lane Family Health Center.
Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University-Pueblo, where he also competed as a collegiate athlete. As a Colorado native, he brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to this position. He is dedicated to his staff and is actively engaged in their development and advancement. Kyle focuses on the delivery of exceptional customer service, achievement of goals and the fostering of genuine interpersonal relationships. He strives to make a connection with everyone that he interacts with, both staff and patients alike.
Outside of work, Kyle values spending quality time with his wife and their three children. As a family, they enjoy hiking and camping in the beautiful outdoors as well as making memories with their extended family and friends. Kyle continues to participate in sports, playing softball and golf during his free time.
Deb is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil and has been in Colorado Springs for 15 years. She comes to Peak Vista with 20+ years of IT experience, including non-profit exposure. She is a skilled IT Engineer, and oversees the IT Department. Deb has been a supporter of Peak Vista's mission for a long time, and sees Peak Vista as a dream company to work for.
In her spare time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, camping and skiing.
Adam is a native of Colorado Springs. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Resource Management from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. He is passionate about bringing exceptional health care to people facing access barriers.
During his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and playing sports.
Dr. Leensvaart attended school at the University of Colorado Health Science Center - School of Dentistry, and graduated in 2011 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Leensvaart began as a student intern with Peak Vista and is originally from LIttleton, CO.
When not working, Dr. Leensvaart enjoys skiing, snowboarding and woodworking, and enjoys vacationing in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Before starting with Peak Vista in 2015, Amie earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a Community Health focus from Suffolk University in Boston. Amie served in the behavioral health field as a Director of various treatment and assessment units for children involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, as well as Boston Children’s Hospital.
She began at Peak Vista as the Director of Clinical Operations, providing leadership and support for Clinical Team Managers. In early 2017, Amie became Vice President of Clinical Operations. In this role, she provides leadership for Operations and Medical Directors at several of Peak Vista’s health centers.
In her free time, Amie enjoys spending time with her nephew and exploring all Colorado has to offer. She also travels back to Massachusetts to visit family and the ocean!
Dr. Orser is a native of Colorado and received her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She chose to practice Pediatrics at Peak Vista because of the organization’s commitment to the underserved and to providing exceptional patient care for everyone.
Dr. Orser enjoys gardening, her family, and music; her favorite sport is kayaking. Her favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice. She likes to vacation in Gunnison CO and in Zihuatenjo Mexico; she’d love to spend a week snorkeling in the Atlantic Ocean!
Dr. Rahaman was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to the United States when he was 14. He has been a general pediatrician at Peak Vista since 1999, at which time he was the sole pediatrician. In 2005, he became the Director of Peak Vista’s Pediatric Health Center, supervising nine pediatric providers. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Medical Services in 2007, and oversees the Pediatric Health Center, Women’s Health Center, Family Health Center at Myron Stratton and Falcon Peak Health Center.
Dr. Rahaman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. He obtained his medical degree from UCLA School of Medicine, and completed his residency and chief residency at Mattel/UCLA Children’s Hospital. He currently serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he has been on the clinical faculty since 2001.
Dr. Rahaman is passionate about continuing to improve patient access and quality of care for the underserved; and promoting that a focus on education is the proven way out of the cycle of poverty.
He and his family enjoy all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
Randall grew up in Centennial, Colorado. He graduated with a Master of Science from Harding University as a Physician Assistant. Randall started at Peak Vista in 2012. Randall enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He and his family love watching and playing soccer and basketball and appreciate living in Colorado!
Dr. Sharp completed her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Northwest in Gary, Indiana and went on to graduate with her PhD in Psychology in 2004. Dr. Sharp completed her residency in Pediatric Psychology at the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed a Fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Shriners Hospitals for Children. Dr. Sharp is passionate about the way Peak Vista strives to provide exceptional care to individuals who may not otherwise be able to access health care. Dr. Sharp specializes in behavioral health changes and coping with chronic health conditions and accomplishes these with short-term, solution-focused intervention.
In her spare time, Dr. Sharp enjoys spending time with her family and loves to explore new places.
A native of New York State, Matthew has been with Peak Vista since 2013. He has several years of experience providing leadership for long term care facilities that support developmentally disabled with integrated mental health services. He received his Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at SUNY Canton and continued his education at SUNY Binghamton where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In 2012 he received his Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Utica College of Syracuse University.
He started his career at Peak Vista as Clinical Team Manager in the Myron Stratton Family Health Center and Logan Refugee Program. In 2016 Matthew became the Director of Clinical Operations for the Family Medicine Residency and APRN Fellowship programs. Early in 2017 Matthew became Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Matthew is passionate about working with interdisciplinary teams that embody the mission of Peak Vista Community Health Centers, focusing on leadership development, fostering community partnerships, and assisting patients in getting access to healthcare.
Matthew and his wife Julie have two children. Matthew's hobbies include climbing 14ers, fly fishing, rock climbing and kayaking with his family.
As a medical social worker, Cassidy Palermo is passionate about serving the community, especially those who may need a hand overcoming barriers to achieving optimal health and wellness. Her history of helping patients find housing, care and workforce support in Illinois makes her the perfect fit at Peak Vista.
Cassidy started at Peak Vista as a member of the High-Risk Care Management team. She now oversees Peak Vista’s Behavioral Health Operations and Special Programs and Projects. Cassidy is known for her instrumental role in opening Peak Vista’s Enrichment & Counseling Center.
Cassidy likes to spend time with her spouse and kids hiking the Manitou Incline or having arts and crafts days as a family.
Amy is originally from Ohio, however, Colorado Springs has been her home for the past 23 years. Amy joins Peak Vista after spending close to 13 years in healthcare HR and has held roles such as Director of Human Resources, Director of Staffing Operations, Clinical HR Manager and Healthcare Recruiter. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a master’s degree in Strategic HR Management from the University of Denver.
Amy is a member of multiple associations and loves to volunteer her time to UCCS, whether it’s through mentorships, scholarship programs, career coaching or being a panel/guest speaker. She truly has an affinity for higher education and helping people achieve success in their career paths.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending quality time with the people she cares about and this includes spending time with her two beautiful dogs.
Col. Sean Holloway is Peak Vista’s Vice President of Clinical Operations overseeing several health centers in the Pikes Peak and East Central regions of Colorado. Hollway entered the United States Air Force in as an ICBM launch officer. After serving a variety of roles and obtaining his Master of Science in Health Service Administration, Holloway transferred to the Medical Service Corp., marking the start of his healthcare career. In his most recent role of USFA Command Administrator and 10th Medical Group Administrator/Chief Operating Officer, Holloway managed multi-million-dollar capital and infrastructure programs.
Harold Geolingo is Peak Vista’s Vice President of Clinical Operations overseeing several health centers in the Pikes Peak region. A retired Army veteran of 20 years, Geolingo began his career in healthcare management as the Chief of Operations and Security at the McDonald Army Community Hospital. Over the course of his career, he has managed the operations of six health centers across the nation. Geolingo has an MHA in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
