Our Outreach team brings health information straight into places where people live, work, and gather. We attend school carnivals, neighborhood festivals, resource fairs, health events, and community centers. At each event, we set up a table, answer questions, help people understand care options, and connect them to programs that support their health. Our goal is to make care easier to reach and easier to understand.
Our work includes:
Why this matters: Meeting people where they already are makes care easier to understand and less stressful.
Our Outreach team is made up of caring people who enjoy working with the community. Each team member brings strong experience and a desire to help others. We show up to events ready to listen, answer questions, and guide people toward the services they need. Our goal is to make Peak Vista feel welcoming and easy to approach.

Why This Matters: Seeing the team helps you know who you will meet and builds trust before you talk with us.
Our Community Outreach team visits places where families and community members already spend time. You’ll see us at events and gathering spaces across Colorado Springs, the East Central Region, the Eastern Plains, Fountain, and Divide. We show up in settings that bring people together so they can learn about care in a familiar environment.
We often attend:
Why This Matters: This helps you spot us in your community and think of events where our team could be helpful.
At each event, our team brings tools and information to help people learn about Peak Vista’s services. We set up tables, share brochures, bring age-appropriate swag, and answer questions about how to get care.
We bring:
Why This Matters: When you know what we bring, it’s easier to find us at events and get the information or support you need.
Our team loves learning about local events where we can connect people to care. If you’re hosting a school activity, community event, neighborhood gathering, or program that supports families, we’d love to hear about it. Even a short conversation at an event can help someone take an important step toward getting care.
Why This Matters: Reaching out helps us partner with your event and support the community.
If you would like our Outreach team at your event, we make the process simple. Many people don’t know what health care resources are available to them, and even a small outreach table can make a big difference. Soon we will offer an online request form, but until then you can email the Outreach inbox with your details.

Each partnership looks a little different, and we support each group in the way that fits them best. These relationships help us share resources, support local events, and connect more people to care.
