1. What if my child has special needs or specific requirements?
   Please let our staff know during check-in if your child has any special needs or specific requirements. We will do our best to make them feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. While our Well-Child Waiting Areas may not be fully equipped for all needs, we will work with you to help as much as possible.
2. Do I need to call ahead or sign up?
   No. You can check in your child when you arrive at the Well-Child Waiting Area.
3. Does it cost anything?
   No. This service is free for Peak Vista patients.
4. How old must my child be?
   Children must be between six months and 12 years old.
5. Will staff feed or change my child?
   No. Please feed and change your child before your visit.
6. What happens if I need to leave the building in an emergency?
   Stop by the Well-Child Waiting Area and check-out your child. The check-out process is simple and quick.
7. Who can check out my child?
   Only a parent or legal guardian can check the child in and out.
8. How do you keep kids safe?
   Staff check each child’s temperature and watch over them while they play. They follow safety rules and health guidelines.
9. What if my child feels sick?
   Please do not bring sick children to the Well-Child Waiting Area for the safety of the other kids.
10. Can I drop my children off at a Well-Child Waiting Area if I have an appointment at a different Peak Vista location?
    No. Only patients with appointments at that specific campus can use the Well-Child Waiting Area.
11. Do I need to have a Peak Vista appointment to use the Well-Child Waiting Area?
    Yes. The Well-Child Waiting Area attendants will confirm that you have an appointment that day/time at that Peak Vista campus before checking in your children.
