The Dental Health Center at Strasburg is permanently closed as of August 18, 2025.

Medical care, behavioral health services, and lab work will continue to be available.

All patients will be welcome at the Health Center at Limon (820 1st Street, Limon, CO 80828), which is the dental health center nearest Strasburg, or at any other Peak Vista clinic.
 
Patients do not need to do anything during this change. Your care will continue as normal, and you have options when you want to schedule their next appointment.
