Chandelle Dinger, FNP-BC brings a deep curiosity about people and the systems that shape their lives. Her passion for medicine grew from recognizing that health is never solely biological – it is social, emotional, and deeply connected to access and equity. Chandelle was drawn to medicine not only as a science, but as a way to listen, advocate, and stand alongside patients during their most vulnerable moments.
Her commitment to community health was inspired by witnessing disparities that cannot be solved in the clinic alone. Chandelle is especially interested in how factors such as housing, education, food security, and trust in the healthcare system shape outcomes. She values an upstream approach that focuses on prevention, partnership, and sustainable change, and she is motivated by work that meets people where they are, honors local knowledge, and treats communities as collaborators in care.
Outside of her professional role, Chandelle values connection, reflection, and balance. She finds grounding in relationships, creativity, and time outdoors – especially when she can share it with her daughter. Whether hiking, camping, or fishing, being in nature helps her slow down, stay present, and remain centered, which ultimately supports how she shows up for her patients and community.
