Get Ready for a Healthy School Year

Peak Vista is offering back-to-school physicals, sports physicals and other important health services to help children prepare for school, sports, daycare and after-school activities.

Join us at one of our 2026 Back-2-School Care Fairs or schedule an appointment during regular business hours at a Peak Vista health center.

What is offered?

Back-to-school physicals and sports physicals for children ages 4 to 18.

Help your child prepare for school, sports and other activities with an age-appropriate health evaluation.

Can't Attend a Care Fair?

You do not have to attend one of these events to receive back-to-school care. Peak Vista can schedule appointments during regular business hours at health centers throughout the Pikes Peak and East Central regions.

Back-to-School Care at Peak Vista

Depending on your child’s age, health needs and school requirements, an appointment may include:

School Physicals

Health evaluations that may be required by schools, daycares and other programs.

Sports Physicals

Evaluations to help determine whether a child can safely participate in sports and activities.

Immunizations

Routine vaccinations based on a child’s age, health history and current recommendations.

Growth and Development

Checks of physical growth, development and other age-appropriate health needs.

Behavioral Health Screenings

Age-appropriate conversations and screenings related to emotional and behavioral health.

Health Care for Every Family

Peak Vista accepts new patients and many insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.

You can receive care even if you do not have insurance or are worried about paying. Please tell our team about your concerns. Income-based discounts and other payment options may be available.
