Once you decide Peak Vista will be your medical home, our team will help get you scheduled for a medical, dental, or behavioral health appointment so you can start receiving care right away.
We have knowledgeable Enrollment Specialists who will meet with you to walk you through the different options and plans available to you and your family. We will also educate you on the sliding scale and the benefits of having secondary coverage to help reduce out-of-pocket expenses, assist with Medicaid and CHP+ applications, and education on available options through Health Care Reform.
