Lauren Goldman is a psychiatric- mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). She began her career as an ER nurse at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Indianapolis, Indiana and naturally sought to continue serving underserved populations as a PMHNP in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She started her career training with PMHNP Fellowship Program at Peak Vista Community Health Centers, which led to an opportunity to work at the Developmental Disabilities Health Center (DDHC). Lauren is highly motivated by helping her patients reach their fullest potential and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about exploring a deeper connection between one's physical and mental health conditions, their built environment and community, lived experiences, and interpersonal relationships and how to assist in reaching goals and making progress through a comprehensive approach. She is also passionate about improving health through diet, activity, relationship building, and developing one's interests and passions.
Outside of her professional work, Lauren enjoys exploring the landscape of Colorado and spending time with family and friends.
