Victoria Zielinski, LCSW, is an experienced therapist with a strong history of working in the mental health field. She is skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and several additional evidence-based approaches. Victoria is also practiced and knowledgeable in mental health consultation, clinical case management, and crisis response and intervention.
She believes in an integrated approach to care — educating patients about the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Victoria emphasizes guided learning and self-governance, grounding her work in mutual trust, respect, and collaboration. A passionate mental health professional, she holds an unrestricted and independent Colorado LCSW and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Toledo.
Victoria was a co-presenter at the 2016 National RHY Grantees Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida, presenting “Got Health? Empowering Youth Through a Specialized Health Program.”
Outside of her professional work, Victoria is easygoing, talkative, and caring. She enjoys reading, playing video games, traveling, and exploring new places with friends and family.
