(719) 632-5700. Peak Vista’s Customer Service Center is available weekdays from 7 am to 6 pm to support you.

Outside of normal business hours, our main number will rout you to a partner agency that connects you with registered nurses who can help assess what’s going on and guide you on next steps.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and is deemed eligible for medical malpractice liability protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

Peak Vista is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. §254b and is considered a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. §233(g)–(n).
