Taylor Hartke, PMHNP-BC, is a behavioral health care provider who joined the Peak Vista team in 2024. Taylor received her undergraduate degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University and completed her graduate degree at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She offers a non-judgmental, supportive, collaborative, and comprehensive approach to health care.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
