Peak Vista Community Health Centers provides exceptional healthcare for people facing access barriers. We are a private nonprofit dedicated to exceptional medical, dental and behavioral health services for people of all ages. We provide primary care services to residents of the Pikes Peak Region through 20 outpatient health centers and are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
Peak Vista Community Health Centers provides a healthcare home for more than 66,000 people each year. A key healthcare resource since 1971, Peak Vista is the safety net for
El Paso and Teller county residents who otherwise would have no access to medical and dental care, pharmacy and laboratory services. Women, children, seniors, working families and the homeless receive healthcare through an exceptional patient experience.
