Kelli Greenleaf, NP

APRN Primary Care FELLOWSHIP DIRECTOR

Kelli Greenleaf holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from the Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She's been part of the APRN Fellowship program since 2016 and Program Director since 2021. Her approach to treating and caring for patients is to provide quality and compassionate care to all patients. She strives to educate her patients and provide knowledge about prevention.

Dr. Anna Mack, NP 

PRIMARY CARE FELLOWSHIP FACULTY

Anna Mack, NP, completed her undergraduate and master’s degree at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Anna believes in patient-centered care: “Those small wins are what really inspire me and enable me to continue in my career. The times when a patient comes back and is feeling better or decides that they are ready to better their health is awesome to me.”

She loves to hike, bake, run, and spend time with her friends and family.

Sally Abell, NP 

PRIMARY CARE FELLOWSHIP FACULTY

Sally Abell is a Nurse Practitioner at Peak Vista's APRN Fellowship Clinic at Union, and describes her core values as hospitality and clinical excellence. She strives for all her patients to feel welcomed and heard, all while offering the best possible care.

"My goal is to ensure that everyone in our community, especiialy those with the greatest need, have access to the best care my team can offer. There is so much to learn and know about medicine, and Peak Vista's commitment to caring for the most vulnerable in our community, while also training future leaders in healthcare, is an incredibly valuable way to invest in patients and providers at the same time."

Alyssa Tews 

FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Alyssa Tews is the Residency Program Coordinator and a native of Colorado Springs. She began working for Peak Vista in 2021.

Before joining Peak Vista, Alyssa received her Master’s degree from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with her thesis focusing on mapping potential grey wolf movements in Northwestern Colorado. Her undergraduate studies at Rhodes College earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and included published research on animal physiology and behavior.

Alyssa is excited for this change in work environment, and states, “I was always involved with education either through tutoring or substitute teaching, and the Program Coordinator role is an unique opportunity for me to enhance other’s education. My goal is for residents to feel welcome at Peak Vista, and to foster a robust learning environment so residents can flourish in their field.”

In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys hiking, working in the garden, and frequenting her local bookstore.
