Thank you for your interest in Peak Vista's Family Medicine Residency program.
Peak Vista is currently only accepting applications via ACGME ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System).
At this time we are unable to accept International Medical Graduates. J1 Visas are sponsored on a case by case basis for USMGs.
All applications must include transcript, MSPE (Medical Student Performance Evaluation), USMLE board scores for Step 1 and 2 OR COMLEX Level 1 and 2 PE/CE (All exams must be uploaded to ERAS and passed by rank order list deadline), personal statement and three letters of recommendation in addition to the MSPE.
Peak Vista will not review applications of medical students that graduated any earlier than 2018.
Peak Vista is willing to accept off-cycle residents and accept transfer credits from other residency programs. This acceptance is on a case by case basis and may be particular to the applicant's records. Our residents are encouraged to start as a PGY1.
