Grant Nichols is a primary care provider at Peak Vista's Health Center at Divide. He went to medical school at Red Rocks Community College and St. Francis University. His career has included research science and applied science, however, he has found primary care to be most rewarding of all.
"I believe that our health grows out of our approach to life, the food we eat, and our behaviors and physical activities. My goal as a primary care provider is to work with each of my patients to identify their goals and values when it comes to their helath. Each person I work with deserves a tailored approach to their health. I believe in an ongoing discussion of my patients' wellness goals so that we can work together to find the approach that works best for them and can be incorporated into their daily choices regarding food, activity, self-care, and other important relationships."
