Meet SueMarie Mendez, NP
Sue grew up in the Midwest and completed her undergraduate at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She proceeded with her studies at the Illinois State University – Mennonite College of Nursing. Sue is passionate about enhancing the health of Peak Vista’s patients and building a partnership in health.
When describing her care philosophy, Sue believes listening to patient’s need and discussing options is the foundation. “I feel like part of treating any medical condition is educating my patients on why certain medications or lab treatments would be helpful or necessary,” Sue states.
During her spare time, Sue enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and dog.
