Stephanie Guerrero is a Nurse Practioner at Peak Vista's Health Center at Myron Stratton. She grew up in Chicago, Illinois and specializes in primary care and Substance Use Disorder. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from University of Illinois in Chicago.
"I would describe my appointments as 90% listening to the patient's concerns and goals of treatment. I very much believe that we are building a relatiobship. We will work as a team to culivate a plan on how you would like to approach your health. I am also very passionate about education because the more we know, the more effectively we can make those decisions."
Stephanie strives to provide exceptional care to those who may experience barries and believes that health care is an agreement between the provder and patient, with education being the cornerstone of that relationship.
