APRN Primary Care Fellowship - Fellow
Candace Johnson, DNP, FNP-C, MBA, is a medical care provider and joined the Peak Vista team in 2023. Dr. Johnson is passionate about Peak Vista's mission to always meet patients where they are without judgment. On top of primary care, she specializes in an inclusive sexual health quality improvement process called QCCT. Dr. Johnson aims to provide holistic care options while giving guidance and focusing on their physical health. She carefully considers circumstances that could prevent patients from achieving their best health. Dr. Johnson believes in providing honest advice, setting realistic expectations, and reminding patients that she is here to provide collaborative and compassionate care.
