Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing exceptional medical and dental care that incorporates behavioral health services in a collaborative team setting for people of all ages. We proudly serve over 89,000 patients through several outpatient centers in Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central regions.

What Does It Mean To Be A Federally Qualified Health Center?

A Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) is a group of community-based health care providers that receive funds from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide primary care to underserved areas.

How Did Peak Vista Begin?

Peak Vista Community Health Centers has proudly served Colorado communities since 1971. Originally, our center began as an all-volunteer organization. We were open just two nights a week for walk-in patients. Today, we proudly serve more than 94,000 patients in Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central regions.

For over 45 years, our commitment to reducing individuals' and families' access barriers has never wavered. We continue to build on our founding ideals and expand to meet the changing needs of our patient population. Our history is a story of community support, strong partnerships, and dedicated staff.

Is Peak Vista An Accredited Organization?

Yes! In efforts to provide high-quality care to our patients, Peak Vista (Pikes Peak & East Central regions) maintains accreditation through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc (AAAHC).

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) is a private, non-profit organization formed in 1979. AAAHC is the preeminent leader in developing standards to advance and promote patient safety, quality and value for ambulatory health care through peer-based accreditation processes, education and research.

Do You Offer Telehealth Appointments?

Yes! Peak Vista now offers telecare appointments for medical and behavioral health services. Our patients have the ability to meet with their provider virtually, from the comfort of their own home.
