Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health providers are integrated into your care team at Peak Vista Community Health Centers and can see you when you come in for medical or dental appointments. We understand that your mental health is as important as your physical health.  Together, we work with you to reach your behavioral health goals and address psychosocial issues that can get in the way of leading a healthy, happy life. We provide brief, short-term interventions to work toward your goals.

Peak Vista also offers specialty behavioral health services including outpatient counseling and medication management at our Enrichment and Counseling Center at Academy or at our Enrichment and Counseling Center at Wahsatch.

You have the right to receive a good faith estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. For more information, click below.
