As school is about to go back in session, Peak Vista is providing back-to-school physicals and hosting Back-to-School Fairs at several of our clinics! Scheduling a back-to-school physical will provide your child with a Well-Child Checkup, Immunizations, and/or a Sports Physical, plus a free school backpack* filled with school supplies!

Peak Vista accepts new patients, Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances. Income-based options for payment are also available!
