The Peak Vista Patient Portal is a secure website that enhances support care between your doctor visits and allows you to access your personalized health information instantly and securely – 24 hours a day.

 

What can I access on the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal makes it possible for you to conduct a number of activities electronically that previously could only be performed in person, on the phone or through the mail. These activities include:

• Request prescription refills
• Conveniently view lab results and personal health information (e.g., medication lists)
• Securely communicate with your provider and care team
• Update your account information
• Save time by requesting appointments online
• Request medical records
• Review and pay bills
• Support between doctor visits

 

How secure is my medical information?

Your personal health information is very secure. Our Patient Portal uses strong encryption (similar to banking) to ensure your records are kept private.

 

How do I register for the Patient Portal?

Ask the receptionist at your health center, or visit any Peak Vista Health Center, and request an Enrollment Token. Use the Token to enroll in the Patient Portal, at www.nextmd.com/Enroll
