Dr. Moore grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana. He completed his undergraduate at Indiana University Northwest and graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is passionate about providing care for every individual in his community.
Dr. Moore believes in the importance of communication when fostering a healthy doctor-patient relationship: “I will try my best to make sure that treatment plans are understood well and that all questions are addressed from my patient.”
In his spare time, Dr. Moore enjoys reading, running and taking a good nap
