The Peak Vista Women's Health Center strives to provide excellent health care to all women, while empowering them to play an active role in the outcome of their health.


Women of all ages will receive exceptional and comprehensive health care at our Women’s Health Center. We practice based on a care team model, which means that you will be assigned a team of dedicated health care professionals that are committed to your health and well-being. This care team consists of OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, Women's Health Nurse Practitioners and Behavioral Health Providers.

Our Obstetric and Gynecological Services are customized to meet your unique needs in every phase of your life. We also provide programs such as Baby & Me Tobacco Free, Prenatal Plus First Visitor and our Baby on Board Prenatal Education Classes. A full-time licensed counselor is also available to help patients with emotional or behavioral support. 

Services

OB/GYN Providers:

These providers are credentialed as obstetricians and gynecologists and specialize in women’s health care (i.e.woman-focused health promotion, disease prevention, reproductive health, etc.). They perform various types of gynecological surgeries and their focus is on managing chronic health conditions affecting women, deliveries and performing cesarean sections.

 

Family Practice Obstetrician:

This provider is a family health practice obstetrician and specializes in women’s health care focusing on obstetrical care for pregnant mothers, deliveries as well as post-partum care for mom and baby.

 

Certified Nurse Midwives:

Specially trained nurses who have obtained a Masters of Nursing Degree that work closely with pregnant mothers providing clinical health care and deliver babies.

 

Nurse Practitioners:

These providers specialize in comprehensive health care for women with an emphasis on conditions unique to women (i.e. the first occurrence of menstruation through the remainder of their life cycle, etc.).

Our Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNP) are experts in woman-focused health promotion and disease prevention, as well as managing chronic health conditions affecting women.

 

Behavioral Health Providers:

Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) specializes in growth and development, mental health theory and practice, human behavior/social environment and psychology.

Our Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is trained to work with individuals and families in treating mental, behavioral and emotional problems and disorders.
