Dr. Wagner is originally from Sacramento, California. She graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and specializes in Full Spectrum Family Medicine, HIV prevention and treatment, as well as transgender care. She believes in Peak Vista’s mission to provide quality healthcare to patients regardless of socioeconomic status.
