Dr. Sonnenberg grew up in Dayton, Ohio and spent almost ten years in Kentucky and Tennessee. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and believes that a good patient-doctor relationship is essential for good care and the best way to achieve this is to simply listen to patients and be non-judgmental.
She’s had many other jobs on the journey to becoming a doctor, including English teacher, editor for the Cincinnati Reds, and EMT.
In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two boys and walking her dogs.
