Laboratory services are an integral part of Peak Vista and are available to any registered patient. Laboratory services, in combination with the provider visit, create a continuum of primary health care for our patients. Many of our health centers have lab services included, and all patients may access services at our main laboratory if preferred. Free pregnancy testing is available for non-members. No appointment is necessary.

Peak Vista’s Laboratory is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
except the 2nd Tuesday of each month in which it opens at 9:00 a.m.
The Laboratory is
closed on weekends and holidays.

If you are in need of a copy of your laboratory results, please contact your provider or medical records at 344-6446. Laboratory personnel, under HIPAA regulations, cannot give out any of
this information over the phone or in person.
