Our ENTRADA School Based Health Center provides outpatient primary care for your children from infancy to 21yrs of age who attends or has a sibling enrolled at a District 2 school. We ensure that your child's well-being is safeguarded by attending to their physical and psychological needs as he or she grows from childhood into adolescence. In addition to caring for illnesses and injuries and chronic health issues, we provide preventative physical exams and immunizations and employ a part-time Behavioral Health Specialist to help patients with emotional or behavioral concerns. ENTRADA will also continue to provide an outreach specialist who will work together with patients to provide screening and processing of applications for Medicaid, CHP + and CICP- Many children in District 2 qualify for one of these programs.
