Our Pediatric Health Center provides outpatient primary care for your child – ages 0-17 – with the help of specially trained and experienced Pediatricians and other dedicated health care professionals committed to well child care. We make sure that your child’s well-being is safeguarded by checking vision, hearing and physical development as he or she grows from childhood into adolescence. In addition to caring for sudden illnesses and injuries and on-going primary care needs, we provide preventive physical exams and immunizations and employ a full-time Behavioral Health Specialist to help patients with emotional or behavioral concerns.

Please Note: Patients must be enrolled at Peak Vista before receiving care at this center. Our main Enrollment Services location is located on this campus. Please click to enroll or for more information.

• Diagnosis and treatment of sudden, minor illness and injury
• Diagnosis and treatment of chronic health conditions
• Routine follow-up care
• Referrals to community specialists
• Admission to Memorial Hospital (when it is not an emergency)

• Health Education

Monday – Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

On the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, the Pediatric Health Center will open at 9 a.m.
