Williams was born in Orangeburg South Carolina and raised in New Jersey. She has been a resident of Colorado over 19 years, relocating to Colorado while in the United States Air Force. Because of her love of the mountains and the beauty of Colorado Springs, she decided to raise her family in Colorado.

Williams received her BSN degree as a Registered Nurse in 1997 from Beth El College of Nursing. She began her career at  Penrose Hospital from 2000-2010. Her first assignment was working with cancer patients on the Oncology floor. Renal/Diabetic and Medical Surgical patients filled her responsibilities for the remainder of her years at Penrose Main.

Williams received her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Beth El College of Nursing at UCCS in 2007. Since graduation she has received her National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from AANP, while working in Urgent Care and Family Practice settings. She recently joined Peak Vista in December 2010 to provide care at our brand new Family Health Center at International Circle.
