James Kuhar, DDS

Dental Health Center

With  Peak Vista since 1993

Kuhar graduated From Marquette University, School of Dentistry and completed his residency at the United States Air Force Hospital at Elgin Air Force Base in Florida.

After retiring from service in the  United States Air Force, Kuhar came to Peak Vista in 1993 to continue his profession. Dr. Kuhar served as Chief Dental Officer from 1993 to 1999 and Vice President of Dental Affairs from 1999 to 2010. After "retiring" for the second time, he is now a dental care provider at our Dental Health Center at International Circle.

One past patient that Kuhar admires was a woman working three jobs in order to provide dental care for her children. He enjoys giving care to those in need.

Kuhar has three grown children. He enjoys golfing (a social sport!), reading and traveling. His two favorite vacation destinations are Summit County and Europe.

Kuhar enjoys good old-fashioned home cooking – meatloaf and eggs! His favorite show on TV is anything on ESPN.
