Cover the Uninsured week takes place each March and is an effort to ensure that the forty seven million Americans, including more than 9 million children, who are living without health care coverage find the resources they need in their community to acquire the healthcare they need.

There are many ways for community health centers to get involved in Cover the Uninsured Week and Peak Vista intends to partner with other healthcare organizations throughout Colorado Springs to bring awareness of the services offered to the many uninsured right here in El Paso and Teller counties.
