How to Send the Data File

1. Click on the Floppy Disk icon on the top of the form to save the data file to a place where you can find it easily.

2. Create a new email message as you normally would using your Internet email like Yahoo or Hotmail.

3. Fill in the email with the following information:

In the TO: field type the following HR email address: employmentwebform@peakvista.org. In the subject type: Employment Application.

4. Attach the data file you saved in Step 1 and send your message.
