Community Access to Coordinated Health (CATCH)

C.A.T.C.H. — Community Access to Coordinated Health (CATCH) is a virtual organization with coordination of resources where patients and providers work together to ensure quality medical care while reducing cost. It is estimated that 90,000 to 110,000 El Paso County Residents are uninsured and Local Emergency Departments are the busiest in the state. Early diagnosis reduces health care costs. Since available services are not coordinated and are not meeting demand, health care systems are difficult to navigate especially for uninsured.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers serves as a permanent medical home for patients who are referred by CATCH Clinics and provides urology and orthopedic services to CATCH patients. Urology services are provided every other Tuesday and orthopedic services are provided once a month. Appointments are needed.
