Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to premier medical, dental and behavioral health services for people of all ages. We provide primary care services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured working families (as well as others with access barriers) within the Pikes Peak Region through sixteen outpatient centers at twelve locations.
