General Contractor Services
Peak Vista Community Health Centers is soliciting proposals from a Licensed General Contractor for two Federally Funded School Based Health Centers. Required services include the renovation of a 1,000 square foot area and construction of a 2,700 square foot building addition.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, solicit new proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities or award the contract in whole or in part. Except to the above person named, direct or indirect contact with Peak Vista Community Health Centers management or staff, or any person participating in the selection process is prohibited.
