Our Family Health Center at Fountain offers primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to persons of all ages through physicians and other dedicated health care professionals committed to comprehensive premier health services. The center offers a range of services from preventative routine exams to same-day treatment of acute illness and injury, on-going primary care and follow-up for chronic health conditions. Specialty care is referred to qualified community providers.

“Kids Care” Walk-In Hour: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., except for the 2nd Tuesday
Kids up to 18 years old are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis for asthma exacerbations, sore throat,
eye infections, nausea, fever, vomiting and coughing.
