Entrada School Based Health Center serves students attending all District 2 schools and their siblings up to 21 years of age. Services include health and sports physicals, immunizations, prescriptions, well-child check-ups, minor first aid, care for acute illnesses, assistance with certain chronic conditions, health education, confidential health care and referrals to specialists as needed. |
